Our client is a global events agency looking for a senior Sales Leader to manage their Meetings & Event BDMs and drive strategic sales growth across 3 main product lines: Events, Group Travel and Venue Finding. The Role: Manage high-value client relationships and strategically grow existing accounts Ensure a robust and accurate pipeline of opportunities while implementing a strategy for increased levels of new business Mentor and develop high-performing team of BDMs and oversee end-to-end sales processes Fine-tune sales process, improving efficiencies and implementing more effective systems to allow sales team to get out on the road Collaborate with internal teams (group travel, creative services, event operations) for complex client pitches and ensuring deliverables are met Manage incoming leads and allocate fairly across the team Salesforce-driven sales strategy, pipeline management & reporting Candidate Profile: You will have extensive Corporate Meetings & Events experience – event agency background preferred Proven sales leadership with experience managing teams (2-3 people min) A passion for event sales, client relationships & high-performance growth Process driven with system efficiency experience will be highly regarded Proficient in Salesforce – data integrity, reporting & pipeline management Experience in Event Operations is ideal Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders Flexible & empowering leadership style – giving your team the tools and freedom to succeed Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary $135-150K OTE (including incentive scheme and uncapped commission) Extensive employee benefits across insurance, health & fitness and travel Global career opportunities in a network of brands and businesses Ongoing training and professional development THE MONDAY GROUP is a specialist recruitment agency and executive search firm for the events, experiential marketing, hotel & hospitality industries.
