About the Role As an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a role in managing and maintaining our Australian websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role is broken up into 3 main sectors being promotions & POS, product listing & submissions and Marketplace & eCommerce Management. In addition, the role encourages creative input into customer promotions and enriching the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Marketplace & eCommerce Management Manage and optimize product listings across eBay, MyDeal, Amazon, Kogan, Catch, OzSale, Everyday Market, and The Edge using Channel Advisor. Oversee Specialist brand website activities, improving product detail pages, Spec sheets, user manuals, images, descriptions, SEO, and website functionality via Shopify. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, marketplace messages, and Crisp. Maintain Google Business and respond to Google Reviews. Generate reports analysing feedback to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Report back to management on competitor activity, promotions and Report back to management on promotions and reviews, website traffic, ROI with suggestions on improvements. Product Submission / Listing Management Upload and submit products to third party retailers via different excel templates, ensure they have current content and pricing. Conduct audits of third-party retailer websites to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards. Working with the retailer partners to improve the representation of our brands. Promotional / POS Creation Work closely with marketing and brand managers to organize point-of-sale for promotions and displays. Develop and coordinate promotional materials for third-party retailers (Winning Appliances, Harvey Norman, E&S Trading) and internal brand websites. Requirements Experience in customer service, eCommerce, or marketplace management . Proficiency in Shopify, Channel Advisor, and Excel . Strong understanding of SEO best practices and online brand building . Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
