No weekend work – Rotating roster between 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday. What You’ll Be Doing: Handling inbound calls from potential customers looking for health insurance solutions. Making outbound follow-up calls to customers who’ve shown interest – no cold calling Selling & retaining – Help customers choose the right plan while ensuring they stay covered. Providing an exceptional customer experience by guiding them through their options with confidence and care. Meeting and exceeding KPIs across sales, retention, call efficiency, customer experience (NPS), and compliance. What We’re Looking For: Call centre experience is essential – You’ve done this before and know how to handle high-energy sales and retention conversations. Ideally with 6-12 months recent call centre experience within the last 2 years. A sales mindset – You thrive on hitting targets and closing deals while keeping customers happy. Excellent communication skills – You can confidently navigate conversations, build trust, and simplify complex information. Resilience & adaptability – You know how to handle objections and turn challenges into opportunities. A team player – This is a new team, and we need people who are ready to collaborate and help shape the culture. The Details: Start date April 1st (casual contracts for first 3-6 months then extensions thereafter) Perm Rate: $77,000 inclusive of super 14% annual bonus Casual Rate: $34.48 per hour super Training: 3 weeks total – 2 weeks of in-office phone training to get you set up for success.
