Based fully remote in QLD looking after the north side of the river, you will work with a strong and collaborative team, in a friendly, supportive culture, in a role that’s very varied that you can make your own, the sky’s the limit A values driven culture, very collegiate and familial, be part of this family THE JOB Reporting to the QLD Business Manager, this Specialist Sales Representative position, (Northern Brisbane territory including Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich and a country trip to Rockhampton and Mackay occasionally), is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration, by effectively selling products and related services. Through building relationships, with existing and new customers in public & private hospitals & private specialist rooms (85% of the time), GP's & Pharmacies (15% of the time), you will influence prescribing habits. The position is responsible for the achievement of annual sales and activity objectives and managing the annual expense budget for the territory. The role will establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective doctors to grow market share in this Women's Health portfolio. You will analyse the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers and make in-person visits and presentations to meet all sales KPI’s. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or related studies, with 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Hospital Specialist Sales Representative (exposure, experience or a keen interest in women's health will be an advantage). Strong sales skills with demonstrated results, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Valid driver’s license and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Medicines Australia Code of Conduct certification preferable. INTERESTED?
