We supply fresh cut flowers and foliages sourced from our local and international growers to several floristry and event stores and wholesalers in Perth Metro and Regional areas. We are currently looking for a high-achieving Sales Representative to grow our business in the Fresh Cut Flower market. To be considered for the opportunity, you will need to demonstrate : A proven track record in Sales - Knowledge of flowers / experience in floral industry is highly regarded Strong communication skills both verbal and written Proficient computer skills at intermediate level (including MS Office) Ability to work autonomously and respect the trust given to this arrangement Ability to multitask and possess high attention to details High standards of professionalism and personal presentation This is a varied role and responsibilities will include : Developing and maintaining existing customers relationships Cold calling and growing sales Generating and tracking new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business Identifying ways to market products to current and new clients, including identifying new target markets Performing weekly sales administrative tasks Meeting and greeting walk-in customers Maintaining and updating the sales and inventory software Supporting customers throughout the entire sales cycle Troubleshooting and resolving all inquiries while demonstrating high level of customer service Providing general assistance and input in all areas of the business This is a full time position working 5 days a week (38 hours). Monday and Tuesday will be office based and Wednesday to Friday will be outdoor sales liaising. Having fun is an essential component of this job.
