Their expertise spans main grid monitoring, microgrid solutions, and solar/wind power investments, offering advanced services such as auxiliary monitoring, condition monitoring, intelligent inspection, fire-fighting systems, and power automation. $75,000- $100,000 super commission discretionary bonus Role Summary As a Sales Development Representative/Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within Australia. This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive individual to contribute to the company’s expansion by building strong client relationships, generating leads, and collaborating closely with sales, product and marketing teams to convert prospects into business opportunities. Intelligent Micro-grid: Provide customised intelligent micro-grid power system for users of industry and business, and comprehensive intelligent solutions covering power generation (renewables and traditional energy sources), transmission, energy storage, power distribution, power consumption, and weak power, with a goal of enhancing users' energy efficiency and reliability. Renewables: Provide services including project development, EPC general contracting, professional subcontracting, professional equipment supply and operation & maintenance for projects focusing on energy storage, solar photovoltaic and wind power generation and other renewable energies. Main Power Grid: Provide advanced power intelligence and automation systems, equipment and services for the main grid, including Auxiliary Equipment Monitoring, Condition Monitoring, Intelligent Inspection, Firefighting and Electric Power Automation. Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers. Engage prospects through outbound outreach, including cold calling, emails, and social media. Generate interest in the company’s products and schedule sales meetings. Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT). Maintain accurate prospect information and interactions in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate with sales teams to transition qualified leads effectively. Provide insights to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach and lead conversion. Requirements Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Ability to assess customer needs and qualify leads effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to business growth. Prior experience in the power solutions, renewable energy, or electricity is highly regarded. 5 days on-site. Valid working rights in Australia (PR, Australian Citizen, or long-term working visa required).
