Clever Care NOW (CCN) are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Enrolled Nurses and Assistants In Nursing / Personal Care Assistants to provide mobile care and support to clients living in their homes, across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Casual shifts will be offered Monday to Sunday, both AM and PM with sleepover and on-call shifts available. This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a career with meaning. We operate on a not-for-profit basis and provide in-home care, private and mobile nursing, personal care, assisted transport, physiotherapy and day trips to ensure our clients can live at home independently for as long as possible. About the role: Responsible for the delivery of client-centred care, we are seeking dynamic EN’s and AINs / PCAs to engage in rewarding mobile nursing / personal care across our expanding client base in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. With a focus on improved client outcomes, the role will collaborate closely with the wider Clinical team and will be involved in delivering individual care plans. The role will provide supportive, respectful and quality nursing and personal care that aligns with the Aged Care standards of practice as well as guidelines set out by AHPRA. Key responsibilities: Deliver a timely, high quality service and accept accountability for own actions Adhere to and support best practice in infection control, waste management and universal precautions Monitor the wellbeing of clients and report on their progress Work in collaboration with Clinical team to implement creative solutions that meet client wants and needs Contribute to a positive workplace culture through respectful and supportive communication Essential criteria: Demonstrating experience in a similar role, you will have proven yourself as an experienced clinician / carer who treats clients in a respectful and empathetic manner. Further, you will hold: Nursing Registration with AHPRA if applicable Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent) Ability to deliver high quality, skilled and timely care High level of communication skills with a dedication to the provision of quality Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change Current Basic Life Support, CPR and First Aid Certificates Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current driver’s licence, clean driving history and a registered and insured motor vehicle Why work for CCN?
