We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Service Co-Ordinator to support our dynamic team and drive exceptional client satisfaction. In this critical leadership role, you will coordinate a team of 25 Sales and Technical Representatives, working closely with the National Technical Manager. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely technical support and service while contributing to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: • Client Service & Support: Work closely with key customers to ensure they receive accurate and timely technical service, support, and solutions. • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in client satisfaction and technical service delivery. • Team Scheduling & Workforce Management: Develop team schedules and implement strategic workforce planning to optimize resources and performance. • System Implementation and ongoing management: Assisting in the implementing of a CRM and Field Service module in Netsuite to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: • Proven experience in client relationship management with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, including workforce scheduling and performance management. • Solid understanding of system implementation • A track record of driving continuous improvement in service and client satisfaction. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. • Strong organisational and administrative skills • A commitment to maintaining safety as a top priority. • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
