We are seeking a highly organised Administration Officer with strong Excel skills to support our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service, sales support, data entry, analytics, inventory management, or freight coordination. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the Brendale Operations team. This role has an immediate start with an initial 9 month fixed term contract, with a view of permanency. In this role, you will: Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Manage data entry, SIM card administration, and modem/RMA files with a high level of accuracy. Process customer orders, stock tracking, and inventory counting. Coordinate freight ordering and deliveries. Assist with ISO and NATA accreditation visits and documentation. To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and manipulation. Previous administrative experience, particularly in customer service, sales support, data entry, analytics, inventory, or freight coordination. ERP system experience (preferred but not essential). Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
