Managing major Salesforce releases, working within a structured CI/CD environment. Delivering automation & technical enhancements, using Flows and user permission frameworks. Contributing to four major projects, ensuring knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the team. Experience required: 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in enterprise or highly regulated industries. Strong expertise in automation (Flows, Process Builder), security governance, and release management. Ability to work autonomously—leading engagements, running projects, and managing priorities. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines & structured deployments. Excellent stakeholder communication skills—comfortable influencing and collaborating across teams.
