Main Responsibilities: Manage the registration of all Commercial/Rural jobs from start to finish Follow up on outstanding documentation and ensure action updates and delays are added. Check escalation job list daily, follow up on outstanding payments Timely generation of quotes for the Commercial/Rural Non-Residential team Answering the phone, taking messages, assisting colleagues and customers. Speaking to team members in other parts of the business to assist in their queries. Actively manage and respond to daily email correspondence in a timely manner. Priority to emails marked Urgent Attend team meetings as required General administration duties as directed by the Directors and your Manager About You Strong Customer Service work ethic Demonstrated capacity for initiative and problem-solving Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also capable of working independently when necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation Adaptability and resilience in handling fast-paced and dynamic work environments, and work to tight deadlines This role offers a hybrid work environment (after training) and a stable and supportive team environment and onsite training.
