About the role As we continue to grow, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane-based Business Advisory team. In this senior role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless operational support for our team and exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. This is a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and facilitating the efficient functioning of the advisory team. Manage and oversee client onboarding and exit processes, including CRM updates, and preparation of ethical and engagement letters Maintain client records, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and up to date Support Directors and senior staff with client correspondence, invoicing, and fee preparation Assist with the preparation of financial reports, workpaper compilation, and collation of financial documents Facilitate the establishment of new entities such as trusts and companies Maintain company secretarial registers using Corporate Affairs System (CAS) Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) regarding client matters, including lodgement of tax returns, activity statements, and corporate documents Create and maintain standard templates and processes for use by the wider team Manage general office duties, including document management, filing, scanning, and archiving Desired Skills and Experience About you Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment or a Chartered Accounting firm Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer literacy Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and within a team A collaborative approach to teamwork, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders A genuine passion for providing exceptional support and contributing to the overall success of the team About the Vincents experience Core to our growth and success are our people.
