The Role We are seeking a proactive Injury Management, Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting injured workers, facilitating return-to-work processes, and promoting workplace health and wellbeing initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and employees to ensure a safe and supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will include: Respond promptly to incident and injury notifications, providing initial support and coordinating appropriate Return to Work and Suitable Duties plans. Attending initial doctors’ consultations with injured workers via telehealth. Lodge workers' compensation claims with respective insurers and facilitate compensation processes, including calculating WorkCover wage payments. Promote a positive and proactive approach to injury management, including internal and external stakeholder management regarding ongoing claims. Support the coordination of internal and external resources to minimize harm and disruption to our business and our people. Maintain accurate records of injury claims, medical certificates, and rehabilitation plans. Assist in developing and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Provide support and education to employees and managers regarding injury prevention and workplace safety. Monitor and report on injury trends, providing insights to improve safety and wellbeing programs. Some regional and national travel may be required to support the facilitation of Return to Work and Suitable Duties plans. About You Previous experience in injury management, workplace health & safety, personnel administration, or a related field. Experience within Safety & Return to Work Return To Work certification (desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with platforms like Monday.com (desirable). Experience sourcing host employers for injured workers (desirable).
