The Job… Reporting through to the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: Manage the administrative functions for clients, ensuring data integrity and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Facilitate account activations collaborating with the compliance team to confirm customer identities and deliver timely and accurate updates to relevant internal teams. Provide prompt and professional responses to client queries via the internal ticketing system. Contact clients to confirm bank details for completed sales.
