Administration & Records Support Officer Location: Nowra, On-Site (Monday–Friday) Start Date: ASAP – Pending Pre-Employment Checks Cleared End Date: 30th May 2025 Pay Rate: $45/Hour Super - 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day Work Arrangement: Onsite, no work-from-home option This role will be responsible for assisting with the digitisation and management of hard copy records & support efforts to declutter and organise physical records, ensuring proper archival or scanning into the records management system. Key Responsibilities • Review and assess physical records to determine appropriate actions (scanning, archiving). • Digitise hard copy records by scanning and saving them into records management system. • Organise, catalogue, and maintain accurate records of archived files. • Ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures. • Coordinate the transfer of records to offsite storage facilities as needed. • Work closely with the Information Services Coordinator and ICT team to streamline the digitisation process. • Provide regular updates on progress and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary. • Maintain confidentiality and security of records throughout the digitisation and disposal process. Essential Criteria: • Prior experience in records management, administration, or archiving. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to handle and process confidential information securely. • Proficiency in using records management systems and scanning technology. • Ability to work independently and manage workload within strict timeframes
