We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our fast-growing Melbourne Events team. We provide comprehensive induction, training, support and ongoing development. Main responsibilities: • Organising the delivery of exhibitor and sponsor deliverables. • Checking & uploading documentation required for exhibition participation. • Daily contact with exhibitors, answering phone or email enquiries. • Administrative duties as required. • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our events. About you: • Strong customer care and communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Well organised and adaptable. • Strong attention to detail and thorough in inspecting quality of service delivery. • Experience in Salesforce & EventsAir will be considered an asset.
