Winter 2025 Job Summary Oversnow Drivers are the life blood of Charlotte Pass Snow Resort ensure that all guests arrive and depart the resort safety and on time As Charlotte Pass Snow Resort is snow bound during the Winter, this is the only way in and out of the resort. Oversnow Drivers operate a variety of vehciles from Izuzus, Pisten Bully to Tuckers. Full Time, Weekend or Casual Shifts available Essential Functions Transport operates 7 days a week so a variety of early morning, day work and early evening/night work required. Demonstrate previous experience using heavy machinery or similar Loading and Unloading Guests Following a transport schedule Display mechanical knowledge and operation of older machinery Get your hands dirty and help out the team if extra assistance is required Show a keen eye for detail and complete jobs to a high standard Daily operational inspection, fueling, greasing and cleaning of machinery Communication of progress in daily journeys, arrivals and departures, and reporting of any irregularities in terrain and/or equipment Work with Transport Coordinator and Guest Services Staff to provide superior service to our Guests Operate Oversnow equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any mechanical failure immediately to Team Leader / Maintenance NOTE All Charlotte Pass Snow Resort employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.
