It offers accommodation for over 600 guests, featuring air-conditioned guest rooms with ensuites, and a variety of onsite activities including giant swings, swimming pools, high and low ropes courses, canoeing, raft making, sand volleyball, indoor rock climbing, archery and both single and quad flying foxes The resort is a purpose-built complex catering to large bookings and is a popular destination for educational groups, community and church groups, school camps, corporate retreats, and holiday camps. About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Staff Administration Coordinator to assist with all things employee-related. This pivotal role encompasses a variety of responsibilities critical to our organisation’s success. Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new staff members Coordinating and conducting induction and training programs to ensure all staff are well-prepared for their roles Organising and celebrating staff milestones, such as anniversaries and achievements, to foster a positive and engaging work environment Planning and coordinating internal events, including meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities Ensuring compliance with Working With Children Check requirements and other organisational policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits as necessary About You Personal attributes: Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in HR or administrative roles A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks Essential requirements: A Victorian employee Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid rights to work in Australia If you are passionate about supporting staff and contributing to a dynamic and positive workplace, we encourage yo to apply for this exciting opportunity.
