The Opportunity We are currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join our busy Remanufacturing department, based in the Forrestdale branch. This is a permanent, full-time role however we may consider a part-time arrangement for the right candidate. Reporting to the Remanufacturing Manager, your responsibilities will include: Production order preparation and timely closure for Reman service invoicing Maintenance of local databases to track WIP Payroll support – collating timesheets and leave Purchase order and invoice processing Compile information required for internal & external audits Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records Assist in other general Service administration tasks To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative role Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong computer literacy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail and data entry skills Hitachi Benefits – What’s in it for you?
