About the Role The Site Resource and Equipment Scheduler is a vital organisational role responsible for the efficient allocation of staff and equipment across various projects, coordination of the company fleet, external fleet and ensuring all operational activities are seamlessly coordinated. This role supports the State Operations Manager by optimising resources to meet project deadlines, maintaining the fleet management system (Fleetio), and facilitating a positive work culture through and administrative support for the managers. Key Responsibilities • Resource Allocation: Daily scheduling and allocation of staff and equipment to projects, ensuring optimal use and efficiency. Adjust resources as required to meet project demands and timelines. • System Development: Develop an automated scheduling system for all labour and plant, that allows for visible reporting of usage and productivity. • Fleet Management: Coordinate the fleet operations and movements across all projects, including manage external providers and meet the needs of our Site teams, whilst minimising wherever possible Hiring of equipment. Utilise Fleetio and Verizon to keep all vehicle and equipment data up-to-date and accessible. • Administrative Support: Manage all leave requests for all staff reporting to the Operations Manager in Employment Hero, Assist with onboarding of new site staff, work with CA’s for SO’s and PO’s for labour hire and plant hire, as well as coordinate all floats to ensure efficient engagement of transport partners • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding scheduling, fleet management, and administrative inquiries. Ensure Experience & qualifications required • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred. • Experience in resource scheduling, fleet management, or administrative roles within a construction or operational environment. • Proficiency in using fleet management software (Fleetio) and office productivity tools (e.g.,Microsoft Office). • Proactive and Adaptive: Ability to anticipate needs and adjust plans as required to meet operational demands • Organised: Demonstrates strong Organisational skills in managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Strong Organisational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Benefits and Perks • Opportunity to work for an industry leader & ability to take full ownership of this role • Excellent Salary package & career growth & development • Diverse & supportive working environment Interested??
