The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for Administration Support Officer to join the team at TechRight Arundel. The primary function of the Administration Support Officer is to provide operational and administrative support to the Centre Manager and wider team. Allowing the teams the ability to reduce workload and focus on core duties, while, driving optimal customer and commercial outcomes. Role responsibilities Provide administration support Manage the administration processes to maintain, monitor and encourage I-CAR accreditation for team members and sites Ensure all I-CAR accreditation records are current and maintained Support the site audits and track and follow up actions Provide support as required on other processes, particularly training Other adhoc duties as required Does this sound like you? Intermediate computer skills – Primarily Microsoft Office High level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Must be organised, motivated & a self-starter Ability to Establish & Maintain relationships Ability to identify business needs and challenges and offer solutions Strong attention to detail Automotive industry experience advantageous We know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.
