The role of Finance Administration Assistant undertakes a number of general office administration and finance team support duties. They work closely with the F&I Team to help maintain a smooth and efficient documentation support process. The Finance administration assistant is proactive in their work habits and shows high interest and engagement in all tasks delegated to them by the Group Business Manager and the Dealer Principal . They learn quickly and gain valuable experience which enables them to development further within the finance team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Receipting deposits as needed ● Assisting in document filing/organisation ● Assisting in general office duties ● Assisting Business Managers with document preparation and filing ● Photocopying, scanning and binding as required ● Collating files for archiving ● Any other duties as requested from time to time The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: • Experience in ERA • Self motivated • Well organised • Able to work in a team environment • Have excellent customer service and communication skills • Be willing to learn • Neat and tidy Appearance • A friendly attitude What’s on offer? • An attractive salary package • Ongoing training and support from a dedicated and professional team.
