Position Overview: Reporting to the Central Support Manager complete daily operational delivery for CHM’s contracts. All service delivery is to exceed our clients and customers expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, time management and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Phone and email queue management Process orders for all stock and equipment Mail Management Schedule and coordinate health practitioners for service delivery Customer contact for all internal and external stakeholders Plan service delivery from start to end Review and reconcile invoices Update records, systems and databases appropriately Support office administration Requirements: 2 years of admin experience Strong communications skills, both verbal and written Problem solving skills Solutions focussed Positive attitude Ability to prioritise and manage time well including multi tasking High level of attention to detail Champion of change Systems experience (MS Office suite), and ability to pick up new systems quickly 2 years of customer service / office management or call centre experience 2 years of admin experience Access to a car and current drivers license Employment Benefits Happy and fun work culture Annual Health and Wellbeing Day No weekend work Potential for growth in your career
