Santrev is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to join our team, based in our Bundamba Head Office. Reporting directly to the HR & WHS Manager, the Senior Administration Officer will be self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, show initiative and be committed to excellence in administrative support, professional communication and secretarial duties. Prepare compliant documentation to assist Senior Lead Team (SLT) deliver our services in a prompt and responsive manner in line with our company values. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Personal Assistant support to CEO including the SLT including diary and calendar management Preparation of reports and meeting minutes as required Manage travel and event bookings including the overall coordination and support of events Organise and management of meeting rooms and office facilities including any maintenance that may be required Management of vehicle bookings, asset allocation and office security passes Greet, liaise with and coordinate couriers, officer deliveries, building cleaning and plant providers, Meeting co-ordination, including local Management Meetings, CEO Meetings, etc. Co-ordination, collating documentation, drafting agendas, minute taking and correspondence. Answering phones, directing, and following up on calls as required. Providing administrative support, including document formatting, and maintaining registers. Design and development of PowerPoint presentations in line with company brand guidelines. Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documentation, in accordance with company Brand Guidelines. KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Previous experience in a senior administrative role or similar Strong computer skills including across the Microsoft suite (Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills will be critical) Strong customer service capability with the ability to develop trusted relationships with a high level of resilience Well organised, professional and the ability to manage multiple priorities This role is offered on a full-time basis, with working hours of 7.30am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7.30am to 1pm on Fridays.
