Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas. Share your knowledge about local wines, regional produce, and our menu to enhance every guest’s dining experience. Setup and pack down dining areas before and after service. RSA Certification (or willing to complete one before employment). A genuine love for hospitality and providing exceptional service to guests. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
