Key Responsibilities: Student Support: Assist international students with enrollment, attendance, and general inquiries Provide guidance on student visa compliance and course progression Support students with orientation and ongoing academic support Administration & Admissions: Process student applications, offer letters, and COEs Maintain and update student records in PRISMS and RTO Manager Ensure compliance with CRICOS & ESOS framework Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to manage student documentation General Admin Duties: Manage phone & email inquiries from students, agents, and external stakeholders Assist with fee payments, invoicing, and basic financial administration Provide general administrative support to the college team
