Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts and financial administration across multiple high-value fitout projects. Oversee procurement processes, cost forecasting, and budget control. Prepare and review tenders, progress claims, and contract variations. Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain compliance with contracts, industry regulations, and company standards. Assist Project Managers with reporting, risk management, and project documentation. What You’ll Need: Experience working on fitout or refurbishment projects valued at $50M. Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement, and cost control. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
