The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and administration teams. Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders is an integral part of this position. This is a part-time position (5 days per week, 4 hours each day). Based at our modern facility in Mulgrave and currently covering AU, US, UK you will: Work closely with the sales team and assist with customer data maintenance, communications, coordinate customer enquiries and quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate order fulfilment and delivery arrangements Provide support to the sales and marketing teams with initiatives such as customer engagement programs, tradeshows and new product launch activities Assist with preparation of sales presentations, sales reports and forecasts Coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales team In addition, you will: Support the back-office administration functions, including supporting finance processes and general administrative activities Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service processes and customer experience. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Business Administration desirable Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in corporate support or executive assistant role Experience with Microsoft Office Programs and ERP / Accounting systems (specifically Netsuite) would be advantageous Experience with contemporary Customer Relationship Management systems (specifically Hubspot) would be advantageous You have: excellent organisational and administrative skills strong communication and interpersonal skills a positive can-do attitude Please apply by submitting your resume, with a cover letter telling us about your background, skills and experience, to the attention of Kaitlyn Farrance, Finance & Administration Manager.
