Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales & Enrolments Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving enrollment growth and ensuring that families find the best Early Learning solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality early childhood education. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective families to understand their childcare needs and provide tailored program recommendations. Conduct Outbound & handle Inbound leads and follow up on enquiries to convert these into family enrollments. Build and maintain strong relationships with families throughout the enrollment process. Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our childcare programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Track and report on sales and enrollment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Participate in open days, information sessions, and other promotional events to engage with prospective families. About you: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the childcare or education sector. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle problems effectively. High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
