Our sales team is expanding, and we are looking for key people to join our busy team. The Role Working in a team of sales professionals, we are looking for a Membership Sales Manager who will be responsible for the management of membership sales through our event series. The primary function of this role is to sell a range of membership packages to new and existing attendees to subscribe and attend our Sit-Down events and services. The successful candidate must be able to: Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business meetings and opportunities from scratch Maximise sales time by effectively targeting the correct clients, their role, and their companies Be comfortable with spending significant time on the phone to contact clients and prospects Submit written proposals Work additional hours as and when required Generate maximum revenue on any event they are selling on Work within a team environment with shared goals Have the ability to work independently with limited supervision Meet or exceed KPI’s – 2hrs talk time, 80 calls per day expected Be present at events Essential Skills and Knowledge: Previous experience in membership sales, delegate sales and/or account management-based sales Strong customer development and relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Dedication to providing great customer service Gatherer mentality for mining and researching leads and contacts within organisations Hunter mentality for following up and closing conversations through to there end Self-motivated and hungry to achieve Effective time management skills Competitive and confident Self-motivated and also willing to be challenged, trained and developed Ability to build senior level relationships Good negotiation skills We are offering: A base range $75,000 to $80,000 plus commission Great CBD office location with working from home options Extensive training and onboarding provided Start a conversation with us by submitting your application today
