This role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. As an Administrator, you'll report to the Spare Parts Manager and your key responsibilities will include: Receiving and answering telephone calls via the Call Centre. Responding to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox promptly. Order processing. Processing cash payments. Managing returns and pricing credits. Handling new parts requests. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders. Providing exceptional customer service across all functions.
