Administration Officer About the Role: Our client, a state government department, is seeking a Administrator Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials and publications using contemporary design and digital publishing tools. As a Administrator, you will enhance the effectiveness of training materials and publications. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing engaging content, creating user-friendly templates, and ensuring consistency in branding and style. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly templates for training materials. Ensure consistency and accuracy by proofreading all publications and adhering to development processes. Collaborate with the Operational Training Development team to meet project requirements. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative officer/ coordinator or digital publishing role. Experience in PowerPoint and other design tools. Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread materials. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Experience working with training resources or learning materials is a plus. Location & Term: 4 days a week at Craigeburn or Bunley location.
