The Role As our new Dandenong Sales Leader, you’ll support the Sales Manager and your team in driving exceptional sales results, while overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store functionality and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction Your mission: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to crush daily and weekly targets, monitor, analyse sales performance and implement winning strategies for unstoppable success Ensure the store always looks flawless and operations run seamlessly, from counter service to smooth shift transitions, delivering excellence at every turn.
