Your new role : NET Modular is seeking an adaptable, dynamic, and solutions-focused Site Administration Officer to join our team. As an Site Administration Officer, you will assist employees and management with various business functions, delivering exceptional service both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across various business areas as needed. Coordinate processes including contract payment claims, job reporting, stocktake assistance, data entry, and document preparation. Manage filing systems, databases, and ensure timely and accurate data entry into required systems (Biotime, Navision, etc.). Handle customer inquiries and assist with internal communications to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Support the administration of daily business activities, including timesheet reviews, job creation, and preparation of presentations. Assist with catering and miscellaneous administrative duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to adapt to new software systems. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Experience with ERP systems (Navision or similar) is desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships across departments. Current Driver’s License. Desired Competencies: Knowledge of manufacturing, construction, or resource industry is an advantage. Commitment to workplace health and safety, including identifying unsafe conditions.
