The Bistro, Sports Bar, TAB and 40 machine gaming room are open 7 days a week. The Opportunity We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced, and reliable Casual Duty Managers to join our team. You will need to be customer focused and committed to always providing an exceptional experience for our members, patrons, and staff. The incumbent must be available to work between 25 – 30 hours per week across both gaming and duty manager shifts. Main responsibilities will include: Overseeing operations to ensure smooth service throughout duration of shift. Exceptional demonstration of customer service. Potential Opening / closing of the venues Sports Bar, Bistro and Gaming Hands on food & bar service across gaming, sports bar, functions, and bistro service Compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Proven supervisory / leadership experience Ability to establish and develop long term customer / client relationships Exceptional customer service skills Holds current RSA, Avanced Gaming and RP badge Relevant certificate or qualification in hospitality (desired) Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
