In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware across multiple datacenters, as well as producing highly detailed documentation to support these activities. What You'll Do: Deploy and manage hardware within datacenter environments. Manage a CMDB to track infrastructure assets. Configure and manage HPE Compute and Storage. Work with network storage technologies (iSCSI/Fiber-Channel) and network security technologies (Palo Alto NGFW). Handle networking configuration and troubleshooting fundamentals (Cisco IOS-XE and NXOS). Work within a VMware Deployed Software Defined Data Center (SDDC). Ensure compliance with Essential 8 and ISM requirements. What We're Looking For: Essential Experience: Proven experience in deploying and managing hardware within datacenter environments. Expertise in managing a CMDB to track infrastructure assets. Strong skills in HPE Compute and Storage configuration and management. Knowledge of network storage technologies (iSCSI/Fiber-Channel) and network security technologies (Palo Alto NGFW). Proficiency in networking configuration and troubleshooting fundamentals (Cisco IOS-XE and NXOS). Experience working within a VMware Deployed Software Defined Data Center (SDDC). Hands on experience and a good understanding of Essential 8 and ISM requirements. Desirable Experience: Experience working within an Agile team and in a project team (below the line). Familiarity with SDN (Cisco ACI) and working in a DevSecOps model with a strong emphasis on CI/CD methodologies. Knowledge of 3rd party automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Skills in HPE Storage Management and Configuration (RCG/CLI) and NSX-T East/West Firewalling.
