GIG now requires a Permanent Full Time (min 38 hours per week) Sales and Marketing Manager. Remuneration: Base Salary $85K Super per annum Bonuses Roles and Responsibilities: In addition to managing staff, the sales and marketing manager’s job responsibilities include developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies. Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise an organisation’s sales and customer loyalty. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote on behalf of our clients their causes and services. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of our client’s causes and services through the creation and reinforcement of ‘brand image’ or ‘brand loyalty’. Directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation’s image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public. Build, lead, train and develop the sales teams to provide high-level service and achieve the customer acquisition targets set by our clients. Provide leadership and mentoring and cultural development modelling the company’s values. Evaluate and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis by analysing the number of leads generated and sales closed and creating reports.
