We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Contracts Administrator to support our teams delivering national Telecommunications projects. In this role you'll be responsible for: Management of subcontract and head contract rates, claims, variations and EOTs Preparation of head contract progress and final completion claims Confer with contractors and other business units concerning contract payments, compliance, risks and opportunities Processing basic and routine functions related to processing of supplier & subcontractor invoices and claims, and preparing related documentation and correspondence Ensuring internal monthly financial reporting requirements are met based on disciplined forecasting and tracking of revenue and costs. Assisting with general head contract administration such as delay notifications, program management and drafting contract notices How you'll connect to the role: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar field (advantageous) Possess great working knowledge of forms of contract currently used within the construction/utilities industry Advanced IT skills in addition to MS Office Have a high level of personal motivation and commercial acumen Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
