About the role As an Inside Sales Representative with Executive Distributors, you will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, managing accounts, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our outside sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets. Responsibilities of the role include: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques Engage with potential clients via phone, email and online platforms Prepare accurate complex quotes Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns Utilise relevant systems / software to manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ offerings.
