The Company has offices in Hendra, Kingscliff, Melbourne and Sydney, and has a diverse client base. Professional Certification Group are seeking to employ a full time Administration Officer for our Hendra office. Key Responsibilities Lodging application and inspection documents, and relevant details onto the company’s software package; Liaising with government bodies to ensure property searches and minor applications are processed in a timely manner; Receiving and checking certificates and inspection notices ensuring they are complete and accurate; Ensuring final certificates are issued as soon as all certificates and inspections are complete; Taking inspection bookings and organising inspection schedules so they are efficient and practical; Providing general advice to clients about the application process; and Fostering a positive and professional working relationship with clients. Personal Qualities Strong work ethic; High degree of professionalism and integrity; Able to multi-task; Excellent attention to detail; Exceptional phone skills; Exceptional customer service skills; Construction or Building industry experience preferred but not required; and MS Suite knowledge.
