ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and inspirational leader to join our Cotton On team as a Digital Design Studio Manager. This role will see you lead your team in the delivery and execution of digital assets from design through to onsite/in channel production. In this role, you will lead the digital design studio, ensuring that digital assets flow seamlessly from concept to production across various platforms. By collaborating closely with digital marketing, digital enablement, and brand teams, you will help maintain creative consistency across all channels while keeping everything aligned with brand guidelines, Megasite standards, and business goals. Your focus is to ensure that the content supports overall marketing campaigns and strategies, making sure its on-brand and effective across the digital space. This role will also see you work with the Digital Enablement teams to optimize content for performance across all channels, ensuring it's mobile-friendly, accessible, and fast. In addition, you will provide guidance to both core and extended teams on best practices for digital assets and stay ahead of emerging trends. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Design, Digital Design Experience leading a team of Digital Design and Production professionals Strategic mindset deliver the creative strategy for the Cotton On brands The ability to project manage workflow and delegate work appropriately Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
