Summary We are recruiting a Systems Engineer to join our team on full-time employment basis in our Southport, Gold Coast office. Theposition is responsible for providing IT support services to ourcorporate customers Key duties include: Working remotely and on-site with clients to install,troubleshoot or repair anything from desktop to serverhardware,switches, network routers and various softwareapplications Resolving basic and complex IT issues within the required SLAtime-frames either remotely or when onsite Escalating work when required and correctly documentingnotes, processes and updating client documentation Answer incoming calls from clients, raise tickets, recordaccurate details and respond to new and existing tickets Performing a wide variety of technical support across manytechnologies Working with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments Provide mentor support to Systems Technicians (L1) The successful candidate would have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience plus relevant qualification. Key skills include: Experience in Windows/Mac, Desktop, Microsoft Officer and Printer installations Experience and sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, MS Office suite Knowledge of technologies such as LAN, WAN, DNS, NAT and SMTP Familiar with Active Directory and Group Policy Sound understanding of backup systems and desktop security software Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written with a great phone manner High level of English proficiency in order to produce and maintain technical documentation What’s in it for you: Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid workplace) Company Paid Parental Leave after 12 months of service “Me Day” – an additional day just for you to have some “Me Time” Employee Wellness Fund – a fund for you to use to take care of your health and wellness We welcome you to the team.
