Claims Administrator — Gold Coast Region, Queensland

ClaimsCo is also in the process of launching new brands where this role will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company’s future which will impact thousands of customers across Australia. ClaimsCo was recently awarded Great Place to Work Certification™. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the claims team, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and arranging necessary travel. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate claims team member. Handle customer inquiries related to claims, resolving issues or escalating them as needed. Contact customers to confirm claim-related appointments, weather cancellations, and rescheduled bookings. Manage referral payments related to claims processing. Maintain and update claims databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Monitor and allocate CRM activities to support efficient claims management. To be successful you will need to offer: Love being on the phone Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge in using CRM software for example Pipedrive Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
