GERMAN SPEAKING SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR — North Sydney, North Sydney Area

The Role We are seeking a German / English-speaking individual to join the team as a sales support coordinator, working hybrid, non-standard working hours (3:00pm – 11:30pm). The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination and monitoring of production and order fulfilment processes for a prominent retail customer based in Europe and support the account manager in administrative duties. No selling is required for this position. Take this opportunity to join the team as the company continues to expand and grow. Duties Communicate with customer-side retail assistants/planners weekly. Process data and reports into sales spreadsheets and to the company database. Create brochures and costing sheets for presentations & submission to clients. Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources such as the Compliance, Technical, and Design team. Communicate with China-based suppliers, following up on deliverables and due dates. Monitor and track orders, and delivery status. Check artwork and packaging are completed against each sales order. Check inspection reports are completed against each sales order. Process customer paperwork and contracts. Manage parcel deliveries including unpacking and packing samples for couriers. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role. A proactive approach to tasks at hand and the ability to multi-task – flexible in duties required to get the job done Ability to work independently is essential, as you will be working alone for a large part of the day. German and English speaker, ideally also speaking Mandarin. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. A proactive multitasker and highly attentive to detail. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Enjoy a deadline-driven environment. Taking initiative and actioning.
