We are looking for a Portfolio Conference & Events Sales Manager to work closely with the Portfolio Director of Commercial to drive event & meetings sales across our properties, including Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park, Novotel Sydney Parramatta and Mercure Sydney Parramatta. This is a part time role with flexible hours across 4 or 5 days a week—perfect for balancing work and life. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the hotel Conference and Events Sales teams across our properties Implement and drive sales strategy and execution for conferences and events Identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and networking Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings What we need from you: Demonstrated experience in leading a team to success Proven experience in event sales, with a strong focus on achieving targets Knowledge and understanding of financials, including forecasting, planning and revenue generation A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Knowledge of event management, the meetings, and business events industry Knowledge of Delphi is an advantage We give our people everything they need to succeed.
