You will be responsible for the following: • Assist with organising of hire equipment ensuing the correct governance has been followed • Assist with obtaining quotes, quality and price checking. • Assist with Data collection and report running • Booking of Maintenance and Services • Enter data from various sources into company systems with accuracy. • Update and maintain records in the database, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Document control – Organise and maintain documents, ensuring that documents are up to date and easily accessible • Serve as a liaison between team members, management, and external contacts. • Ensure clear and timely communication within the department and across the organisation • Raising Purchase orders • Assist with Policy and procedures relating to Assets and Fleet • Other varied administrative tasks and general office duties where required.
