Role and Responsibilities • Welcoming visitors to the office in accordance with company standards and ensuring reception area are kept clean and orderly; • Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally; • Receiving and dispatching mail, correspondence, courier deliveries and ensuring distribution promptly; • Entering gifts from donors in the CRM • Entering daily batches for EFTPOS/Credit cards payments through the CRM and printing the batches • Preparing and mailing Project reports to the donors for the Water Wells, Orphans, and Community Development Programs • Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities and events. • Following up with Return to Senders for the donors. • Build creative and positive opportunities for the community to contribute to charity aid • Following up on declined pledges and orphans’ reoccurring gifts • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and the general public; • Follow safe and healthy work practices at all times, including reporting of hazards and incidents immediately and referring WHS issues to the line manager; • Other Adhoc duties as per requested by the departmental Managers/Director in the interest of HAA’s objectives; What you’ll need to succeed: • Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, including customer service and administration, preferably in the not-for-profit sector (desirable). • Ability to perform a high volume of outbound supporter calls. • Confident, enthusiastic, and resilient. • High-level communication skills, written and verbal (English); and Ability to Speak and understand Arabic. • Experience working with CRMs. • Be a team player with the ability to collaborate. • Must hold a National Police Certificate prior to commencement of employment.
