About the Role: We are specifically looking for a Male Disability Support Worker to support a client in Belrose, NSW. In this role, you’ll help a male client with disabilities develop skills and engage in enriching, creative activities, providing both in-home and community support. Your work will have a profound impact, assisting the client in their journey toward independence, healing, and empowerment. About You: To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualities: Willingness to travel to Belrose, NSW, as required Availability to work full-time, 24 hours per week on weekdays (with potential for additional hours) Casual shift availability for flexible, client-driven hours Confidence in engaging with male clients and building strong, positive relationships Resilience and self-assurance when working with clients from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Experience working with high-needs clients across all age ranges (youth to elderly) A genuine desire to support individuals with additional needs through a person-centred approach Experience with Children and Youth with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3) Anxiety Moderate-Severe Intellectual Disability At least 3 years experience in Disability Support is required.
