Additional Experience Requirements: • At least 2 years’ experience in NDIS or • 1 year of experience in Child Protection, Residential Houses, or Juvenile Justice settings. Essential Requirements • Nationally accredited Certificate III or higher in Disability or Community Services. • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Employee Working with Children Check (current). • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check. • Valid Australian driver’s license with a reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle. • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. • Trauma-Informed Care certification (desirable but not mandatory).
