ABOUT THE ROLE: Casual Educators play an essential part of our team at Where We Grow, providing support to our permanent team members and, of course, the children in our care. Where We Grow Emerald and Gembrook are looking for casual educators to work across both services. Both services are nestled in small leafy country towns, connecting the service to nature, and supported by meaningful community connections. As a Casual Educator, you will: Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our educational programs. Provide quality care and education for the children in our service. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both children and families. Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children. As a key team member at our Emerald & Gembrook Services, you’ll be instrumental in shaping young learners’ educational journeys.
